Terms & Conditions

Your ticket is issued to you for the event by Dalton Events Ltd.

Your entry to the venue is by presenting a ticket on a mobile device screen or a pre-printed  paper ticket and constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is recommended that you retain your ticket as proof of entry.

A booking fee of £2.50 per order will be charged to the advertised order price of an event(s). Any additional fees will be listed on the individual events, booking pages.

Refunds will only be issued should an event be cancelled.

Exchanges may be possible , please contact the event organisers.

If an event is rescheduled, changed or moved, the organisers will usually give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, claiming a refund. There may be a time limit to claim the refund. Booking fees or any additional event fees are NOT refundable

Please be aware that tickets are non-transferable. Dalton Events Ltd may take legal action against you if you attempt to re-sell tickets outside the venue or on any other ticketing or auction website.

We, the event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, and will do so if you are  deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance, or for any other reason at our discretion. The venue or the organisers may authorise security searches on arrival.

All children under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will require a valid ticket.

Please arrive on time as late comers may not be admitted until a suitable break or interval.

Admission to the venue is at your own risk and neither the venue or the event organisers will accept liability whatsoever, for any loss or damage, injury or death which is not caused by their negligence.

The event organiser and venue reserves the right to make any alternations to the event or advertised arrangements, because of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. We will  endeavour to advertise  these changes but are not obliged to refund money or offer an alternative.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will endeavour to notify ticket holders of this cancellation but cannot guarantee that attendees will be informed of these cancellations prior to the date of the event.

If you wish to bring audio/film/photographic recording equipment into venue, prior permission must be sought from the event organisers.

It is deemed by the event organisers that you consent to the filming and sound recording of the Event as a member of the audience.

Please note: Facilities for disabled and people with mobility issues are available. If you do have any special access needs, please contact the event organisers prior to making a booking and they will assist you.

No animals are allowed into the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs (however, please contact the event organisers before booking).

We respectfully request that all mobile phones and other communication devices are either switched off or turned to ‘silent’ mode during performances.

fireworks, laser pens, and other potentially dangerous objects are not permitted within venues unless otherwise stated.

Warning: Please be aware that flashing lights and live special effects may be used at some events. We also ask everyone to be mindful that prolonged exposure to loud music can cause damage to your hearing.
